Announcing the Inaugural Eastern Shore Fatherhood and Reentry Conference
The Inaugural Eastern Shore Fatherhood and Reentry Conference will be held at the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Intergenerational Center, Cambridge, Maryland on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The Conference Reception will be at The Packing House, Cambridge, MD on the evening of Friday, October 16, 2026.

My name is Corey W. Pack, Founder and Lead Facilitator of the Responsible Fathers Initiative (RFI). Established in 2020, RFI proudly serves families in Talbot and Dorchester Counties. I invite you to visit our website to learn more about our mission to strengthen men in becoming more responsible, nurturing fathers and more loving, compassionate partners.It is also my privilege to chair a committee of dedicated community advocates working to bring the first Fatherhood and Reentry Conference to Maryland’s Eastern Shore. This landmark event will take place on October 17, 2026, at the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Intergenerational Center in Cambridge, Maryland.
This one day conference will bring together educators, facilitators, service providers, and elected leaders who are committed to advancing fatherhood programming and reentry services. Our conference website will feature online registration, presenter biographies, the full conference schedule, and sponsor logo placement.
A professionally designed conference program book will be provided to all participants. It will include advertisements from local businesses, a building diagram to help attendees navigate sessions, and prominent sponsor recognition. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by registration staff and sponsor banners. Inside the main dining room—where the opening and closing ceremonies will be held—a large video display will feature sponsor logos throughout the day. During the program, our Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors will be formally acknowledged for their generosity and leadership.
